Overview
A retail chain with eleven stores could not justify a guard in each one overnight. Instead our control room watches all eleven camera systems, challenges intruders over loudspeaker and dispatches the nearest patrol.

Challenge & Approach
Record-only cameras had never stopped a break-in. We connected every store to the control room, set motion zones per layout and gave operators a talk-down script plus a one-touch dispatch button.
Most intruders leave at the first loudspeaker warning. Those who don't meet our patrol officers.
