A construction firm needed one accountable officer at the gate of an active build site: checking vehicles, logging deliveries and keeping the public out of danger zones across two shifts.

Challenge & Approach
Eighty vehicles a day, muddy paperwork and a public footpath along one boundary. We issued numbered delivery passes, set a one-way traffic flow and walked the boundary hourly.
The site manager received a single daily log: vehicles, visitors, incidents and photos of anything unusual.
